Orange-Plum Marmalade Muffins
Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup Ta Mylelia Orange Plum Marmalade
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 cup milk
- 4 tbsp. butter, melted
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar and baking powder.
- In a separate bowl beat eggs; add butter, marmalade and milk. Add all at once to the dry ingredients. Stir quickly and lightly until just mixed. Mixture will be lumpy.
- Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool and glaze top with extra marmalade if you like.
